Unalome is the ultimate dining experience, brought to you by multi award-winning Chef Patron Graeme Cheevers. Offering a rotating selection of menus including lunch, tasting and a la carte, as well as a tasting of vegetables, dishes draw heavily on modern European influence with occasional inspiration from Japanese cuisine and culture.
R&S Robertson worked with Architects and Interior Designers Davidson Baxter Partnership Ltd to supply decorative lighting to the latest arrival to the thriving west-end.
