Le Monde, Cardiff, is situated in the heart of the city centre and home to Incognito Lounge & Bar which offers the very best local meat and seafood prepared in traditional Galician methods. In 1985, the late Mr. Martinez laid the foundation with an upscale fish & chips restaurant. Over the past two decades, Le Monde underwent a change in management, dissociating from the family’s involvement. In January 2019, the keys were returned by the previous tenants, affording the new management the chance to reinvigorate and relaunch Le Monde.

R&S Robertson worked with designers Thomas Parry Design, Swansea to supply a decorative lighting package including crystal chandeliers and fluted wall sconces.
